Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Manage and control the entire project life cycle for the respective technology platform
* Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks
* Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies
* Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to assure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality
* Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement
* Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject
* At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor business - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
* Experience in project management
* A Project Management Certificatio n like IPMA or PMP
* A good sense for intercultural differences
* Excellent English communication skills - with German being a plus
