Sales Manager (m/w/d) with Gyrocopter Flight Experience
You do not just sell a product, you fly it yourself. At AutoGyro, sales does not end with a conversation, it begins in the air. You present our gyrocopters not only in theory but demonstrate them in flight, making the experience tangible for the customer. You are not selling a generic product, but a high-end aviation product that convinces both emotionally and technically. The key difference is that you do not just show the customer what they are buying, you let them experience it. The role combines sales of our gyrocopters with demonstration flights, is fully on-site and includes travel of approximately 20 to 40 percent. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong affinity for aviation.

* Sales of our gyrocopters in direct customer interaction
* Conducting demonstration flights as an integral part of the sales process
* Advising national and international customers
* Managing the entire sales process from first contact to closing
* Representing our brand at customer meetings, events and demonstrations
Unsere Anforderungen
* Valid ultralight pilot license including medical
* Proven practical flight experience, ideally on comparable aircraft
* Ability and willingness to actively fly customers and conduct demonstration flights
* Proven track record in sales of technically complex products
* Fluent German and English skills
* Additional languages such as French are a plus
* Confident and professional appearance with strong personal presence
* Excellent communication and closing skills in an international environment
