1. Take ownership of managing technical solutions for large EPC Projects in the HVDC Business, delivering cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results
2. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure the functionality and quality of every solution
3. Be a key voice in risk management, confidently addressing challenges and creating proactive solutions
4. Lead negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers, fostering clear and open communication across all phases of the project
5. Empower your project team with strong leadership, collaboration, and regular communication, ensuring everyone feels supported and aligned
6. Advocate for compliance and safety, ensuring all frameworks are met and regularly reviewed
What You Bring
7. A degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
8. Significant experience in engineering and project management, ideally within the energy sector
9. A solid understanding of power transmission projects-->PM-Certification is a plus
10. A proven ability to lead and inspire international teams, creating a culture of collaboration and trust and strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges head-on
11. Knowledge of economics in project business, Health and Safety expertise, and familiarity with compliance regulations.
12. Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel globally.
