About us
At arculus, we design, build, and maintain cutting-edge autonomous mobile robots and the software ecosystem around them. Our Development department brings together software, infrastructure, and product experts in a collaborative, international environment, focused on delivering reliable and high-quality products that make a real difference in intralogistics.
Your Role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of a product within our Automation Software portfolio. Your mission begins with a hands-on focus on the "Now": guiding a high-impact co-creation project that integrates our current WMS/WCS with advanced shuttle traffic management. By driving a successful pilot, you will identify real-world requirements and bridge customer needs with cross-portfolio development efforts. You will ensure your product achieves critical KPIs, primarily throughput, and provides a harmonized customer journey across the entire lifecycle – from pre-sales and commissioning to operation and service.
Your Tasks
* Conduct co-creation sessions with key customers to understand operational challenges and value drivers
* Integrate existing WMS/WCS modules with shuttle traffic management logic to deliver a functional, high-performance pilot
* Identify and validate core product requirements through pilot execution to drive long-term vision
* Define user stories and coordinate Agile development cycles to meet technical and functional milestones
* Translate pilot learnings into a comprehensive product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with portfolio goals
* Own functional specifications for complex control logic, including order assignment and multi-agent shuttle traffic management
* Define requirements for a seamless, integrated UX/UI across all phases – modeling, simulation, and monitoring
* Coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies to ensure a unified system rather than disjointed components
Your Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in Industrial Automation, Intralogistics, or Supply Chain Software
* Proven track record delivering complex control systems or industrial software products from concept to market launch
* Direct experience with co-creation or joint development with B2B customers in a technical environment
* Experience operating within cross-functional or cross-portfolio development structures requiring system integration
* Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and modern product discovery techniques
* Familiarity with simulation and optimization techniques for material-flow and multi-agent traffic management
* Fluent in German and English
Who You Are
* Passionate about product management and delivering impactful software solutions
* Excellent communicator, able to bridge customer needs and technical stakeholders
* Outgoing and confident connecting with clients, partners, and internal teams
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
* Motivated to create products that harmonize technical excellence with real-world customer value
