About the Role

Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales within East Germany by developing strong customer relationships
* Promote and support the company's molecular diagnostics portfolio across infectious diseases, oncology, and genetic testing
* Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue
* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records via CRM systems
* Represent the company at relevant conferences, trade shows, and customer events
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related life sciences sectors
* Proven track record in solution-based selling and account management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
* Ability to work independently, manage a regional territory, and travel frequently
* Fluent in German; English proficiency required for internal communication
