Your Tasks
* Responsible for advising and supporting managers and employees on all operational HR matters, in particular recruitment as well as contract and compensation structuring
* Planning of personnel development measures
* Implementation of statutory, collective bargaining and employment law requirements
* Participation in the optimization of existing projects and the implementation of new HR-related processes
* Management of sub-projects, e.g., in the area of health management
* Representation of the company externally, e.g., to authorities and universities
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, or Economics is required
* At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner is essential
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources required
* Proven experience in recruiting is a must
* Experience in labor law is necessary
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including advanced functions, is required
* Initial application knowledge of SAP is expected
* Very good German language skills (business fluent) are essential
* Confident English language skills are required
