Job Description
1. Independent administrative management of the national and international IP portfolio (patents, utility models, designs, and trademarks)
2. Supporting the internal patent coordinator
3. Maintaining and managing intellectual property files in IP management software
4. Corresponding with external patent law firms and, if applicable, authorities
5. Supporting the determination of inventor remuneration
6. Preparation of reports and overviews for management
7. Respects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the OESL
8. Respects Internal Regulations and company's procedures and fosters execution discipline of such

Qualifications
9. Completed training as a patent attorney assistant or comparable qualification in the field of IP management
10. Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an industrial company
11. Confident use of IP management software (, Genese, PatOrg, DIAMS, IP Now, or similar)
12. Project & process experience
13. Business-driven problem-solving skills
14. Independent, structured, and reliable working style
15. Exposure to international work content in previous roles
16. Intercultural competence
17. Teamwork and strong communication skills
18. Intellectual property administration knowledge
19. German and English skills with emphasis on IP terminology
20. Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
21. MS Office skills
