Your tasks
Learn to master the following tasks in a training program:
1. Master the basics of electrical systems, from installation and maintenance to repair
2. Work with modern automation and process control systems
3. Understand and carry out the construction and wiring of control and switchgear systems
4. Take care of troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of technical malfunctions
5. Learn the basics of PLCs and machine maintenance
6. Get involved in internal and external projects with other trainees,, as a trainee ambassador, at trade fairs, or in business games
7. Attend vocational school in Idar-Oberstein (BBS Harald-Fissler-Schule) once or twice a week
Your profile
8. You have at least a good secondary school diploma or a comparable school leaving certificate
9. You are interested in mathematics and physics
10. You have technical understanding and enjoy electronic topics
11. You are interested in problem solving and can approach things logically
12. You work attentively and observe closely
13. You make well-considered decisions and react quickly when it matters
14. You enjoy working in a team and value cooperation

35-hour working week with standard training allowance (1st year: €1,261, 2nd year: €1,328, 3rd year: €1,419, 4th year: €1,466) plus special payments, Christmas bonus, and vacation pay
