Account Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet these needs.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
* Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
* Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and engi- neering, to ensure client requirements are met.
* Prepare reports on account status and keep client records updated in the company's CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or other related field.
* Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
* Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or German.
