The Group Security department as a service provider for DBG’s product organization and the Second Line of Defence of Deutsche Börse Group is responsible to protect information assets in terms of safety, integrity, confidentiality, authenticity and availability. Group Security risk management tasks and procedures are based on the requirements published as the ISO 27000-standard-series (information security management systems).
Your area of work:
The access management specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the identity and access management service within Deutsche Boerse Group. She or he is responsible to ensure compliance to laws and regulations and compliance to internal policies and takes account for the access management processes.
Your responsibilities:
1. Development and continuous improvement of the group wide Identity and Access management solution space
2. Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
3. Communicate effectively with business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
4. Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications
5. Provide regular status updates and manage expectations
6. Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., BAFIN, DORA, KRITIS, CSSF)
7. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget
Your profile:
8. Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
9. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Identity and Access management (IAM) and Privileged Access management (PAM) projects
10. Experience with one of the commonly used industry solutions in access governance, such as SailPoint Identity IQ or IdentityNow, CyberArk, SSH Key Manager, Omada, Saviynt
11. Basic knowledge of OpenDJ/LDAP/AD
12. Solid handling of MS Office applications
13. Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired
14. Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage
15. Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills
16. Good presentation and documentation skills
17. Experience in test management would be an advantage
18. Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated and flexible regarding environment adaptability.
