YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. As a Senior Digitalization Manager (m/f/d), you will realize efficiency and cost-saving potential in the ambient production environment through the introduction of digitalization and AI solutions.
2. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing the potential of digitalization opportunities in the production sector. You will also be responsible for the design, development and implementation of standards for digitalization solutions in this area.
3. Your tasks will include harmonizing the IT systems used in Dr. Oetker's food production ecosystem.
4. You are responsible for developing individual recommendations regarding procurement, investments and project sequencing. You will also support the plants in the development and implementation of new systems.
5. As part of the job, you will work on setting up a cross-location network and central documentation of processes. Your other tasks will include market analysis.
6. You are also responsible for coordinating external partners, service providers and suppliers.
WHAT YOU BRING
7. You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or economics with further training in business information systems. Alternatively, you have successfully completed a technical university degree.
8. In addition, you have already gained several years of professional experience in the aforementioned environment.
9. You have already gained extensive and varied experience in consulting and project management.
10. You also have in-depth knowledge of SAP, MES, automated data exchange, IoT and supply chain management.
11. A high degree of process understanding and very good conceptual skills are among your strengths.
12. You have a confident manner and very good communication and presentation skills.
13. You enjoy regular international business trips and are characterized by your intercultural competence.
14. Your very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
