Senior Project Manager, Building Construction / Hochbau
The Resolute Group are working with a well-established German engineering consultancy with multiple offices across the country is seeking a Project Manager (Building Construction) to strengthen its team. The company has decades of experience delivering planning, consulting, and management services for infrastructure, structural engineering, and building projects. With a workforce of more than 200 professionals, it offers tailored solutions for a wide range of construction assignments, from civil structures to large-scale developments.
Location(s): Leipzig, Dresden, Chemnitz (with regional flexibility).
Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:
* Lead and oversee complex building construction projects, from concept through to delivery.
* Independently manage project workflows, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, service providers, architects, and engineering specialists.
* Oversee budgeting, cost calculations, and allocation of resources for construction services.
* Provide leadership in developing and steering interdisciplinary design and planning processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or structural engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s, or Master’s level).
* Several years of proven experience in managing building or industrial construction projects in line with DIN and Eurocode standards.
* Strong knowledge of contract law in construction (VOB).
* Proficiency with AVA software (preferably RIB iTWO); experience with CAD tools such as Revit is an advantage.
* Fluent German language skills required.
* Demonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
