Key Responsibilities We are pleased to be recruiting a Fork Lift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our well-established and growing operation based in Nettetal, Germany, on a permanent, full-time basis, with an annual salary of €33,600. This role offers long-term job security, 40 hours per week, worked across rotating shift patterns of 6:00am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–11:00pm, along with the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional working environment. This role would suit an experienced FLT Driver who is looking for a stable opportunity within a supportive team, where safety, reliability, and professionalism are valued. You will play an important part in the day-to-day movement of goods, helping to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently across the site. Key Responsibilities: Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently Loading and unloading goods Moving stock within the warehouse or production area Supporting general warehouse operations as required Following all health and safety procedures Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck). Comfortable using in-house WMS systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
