Your Tasks:

* Product Management: Oversee the product portfolio lifecycle, including definition, monitoring, and phase-out decisions
* Global Market Support: support sales teams and segments with market launches, product improvements, and recommendations
* Cross-Department Coordination: Lead new product launches and collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams
* Strategic Analysis: Conduct competitor analyses, create product roadmaps, and fuel innovation ideas for R&D
* Marketing Collaboration: Define marketing messages and provide technical content for campaigns and product promotions
Your Profile:
* Education & Experience: Degree in technical or business administration or equivalent professional experience
* Strong background in product management, ideally in an international industrial environment
* Professional English, knowledge of Polish desirable, project and process management, MS Office proficiency and ERP Systems (SAP is a plus)
* Personality: Open, communicative, confident in presentations, and assertive in decision-making
* Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of business contexts, ability to manage complex technical and economic topics
