KG Organization SE CFO Business Unit Gas Services Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As a Commercial Project Manager, you are a key player in 300’ to 500’ EUR projects, you will be part of a world-wide commercial team of more than 50 colleagues, who work closely and openly together and often exchange information with each other (remotely or personally).You will be supporting the Senior Commercial Project Manager – learning and involving every day, growing into more and more sophisticated tasks.You are a key player in the global project team for respective projects in your country consisting of technical project manager, engineering, assembly and purchasing. You will execute the project from our sales unit and are responsible for it until the end of the warranty period.You are one of the closest partners to teammates, Suppliers, and customer in case of any commercial questions and queries.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Lead all aspects ofproject books and records in systems like SAP, ensuring alignment with Siemens-Energy guidelines and local accounting standards.
5. Partner with project and commercial managers to support financial targets, optimize gross profit, cash flow, and manage assets and financing tools.
6. Take ownership of identifying and addressing local commercial risks and opportunities, contributing to strategic project decisions.
7. Clarify and optimize commercial terms, contracts, tax concepts, and compliance matters in collaboration with local authorities and the international team.
8. Handle TFA contracts, invoicing, cash collection, and support international personnel with visa and work permit processes.
9. Coordinate local planning, supplier management, and reporting using tools like Dash and PMTX, while securing essential services through framework agreements.
What You Bring
10. Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting, ready to take ownership of commercial project responsibilities and support strategic decision-making.
11. Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage confidently with internal and external partners across all levels of the organization.
12. Proven understanding of guidelines (LoA, NCM, Consortium) and hands-on experience in contract negotiation and execution.
13. Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce to support financial analysis, planning, and controlling activities.
14. Long term experience in a CPM or contract/claim management role. Commercial certification is a plus.
15. Skilled in English and German, with a positive approach and the drive to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
