To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to join our team as a Quality Manager (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis as soon as possible.

Your tasks
* Overall responsibility for managing, coordinating and evaluating customer and supplier complaints
* Professional assessment of complaints (root cause analysis, risk assessment, decision on measures)
* Moderation and coordination of root cause analyses (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)
* Responsibility for audits (internal/external/customer/supplier)
* Communication with customers and suppliers on complaints, measures and results
* Monitoring and follow-up of immediate, corrective and preventive measures
* Maintenance and further development of complaint and quality reporting (KPIs, trends, causes)
* Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards
Your profile
* Completed technical studies or comparable training (e.g. quality management, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or similar)
* Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in complaints management (industry knowledge desirable)
* Sound knowledge of common QM methods and tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis)
* Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers on a professional and communicative level
* Very good understanding of interface processes between different specialist departments
* Confident, confident appearance and strong communication and moderation skills
* Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
* Assertiveness and decisiveness with simultaneous team orientation
* Good knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
