We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager with a data-driven and pragmatic mindset to join our Product Management team. As a future Product Manager in our Client-facing product team, you will be working closely with the Sales and Operations teams on providing the best experience for our campaign onboarding. You and your team will be responsible for creating scalable and efficient solutions for receiving content from our clients and transforming it into input for further content creation.
Being accountable for maximizing business outcomes within the contract management domain
Identify and prioritize opportunities through data analysis and user research to ensure addressing business needs and delivering value to users
Collaborate with other Product Managers and Engineering teams to maximize success of the operational processes.
Support clients during onboarding and coordination calls to ensure smooth data integration
Data-driven, pragmatic, and goal-oriented mindset: Demonstrate a data-centric approach to decision-making, setting clear goals, and measuring success metrics.
Ability to uncover an opportunity, need or problem from data or user research, break down complex problems into manageable components, and develop a strategy for hypothesis validation at an early stage.
Being able to measure initiative ROI and prepare a business case Change Management : AI literacy : a practical understanding of its potential and limitations, ability to identify meaningful applications, use AI tools in daily work, and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams on AI initiatives.
Platform or technical product owner / product manager experience : proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical or platform-related role.
Proficient in English; German is a plus.
