We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead strategic and complex initiatives within our digital transformation portfolio. In this role, you will bridge technology and business, delivering impactful outcomes while mentoring other project managers and promoting best practices. You'll be instrumental in orchestrating project success across domains and contributing to our enterprise-wide digital agenda.
Lead cross-functional, enterprise-level projects with a focus on digital products and transformation;
Align projects with business strategy, ensuring high impact and value delivery;
Define project scopes, business cases, and roadmaps in collaboration with domain owners and product teams;
Build, coach, and guide cross-functional project teams toward successful delivery;
Manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets, resources, and communications across multiple projects;
Report on project and program status to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment;
Facilitate executive reviews and lead critical project discussions with business and technology leaders;
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability in project delivery.
Familiar with Software Product Management paradigm & Agile;
~ Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plus;
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field;
~ Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
