Role Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of German customers, driving profitable growth through strategic account management, new business development, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports regional sales strategy and strengthens Amcor’s market position.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, building long-term partnerships.
* Develop new sales opportunities and identify solutions aligned with customer needs, including bespoke products.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline updates.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety, ISO standards, and CRM processes.

Skills & Experience
* Proven B2B sales or account management experience (2–5 years), ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of packaging products and the German market.
* Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
* Fluent in German and English.
