<h2>Role Purpose</h2>
<p>The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of German customers, driving profitable growth through strategic account management, new business development, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports regional sales strategy and strengthens Amcor’s market position.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>

<p>Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, building long-term partnerships.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop new sales opportunities and identify solutions aligned with customer needs, including bespoke products.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver a seamless customer experience.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline updates.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety, ISO standards, and CRM processes.</p>

<h2>Skills & Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Proven B2B sales or account management experience (2–5 years), ideally in manufacturing or packaging.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of packaging products and the German market.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Fluent in German and English.</p>
</li>
