Responsibilities:
1. You will independently plan, manage, and implement development projects for new functional coatings and surface refinements – both for existing and new medical devices – across all project phases (from initiation to completion)
2. You will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams as well as internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration
3. You will create and monitor project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure project success
4. You will be responsible for risk management and quality assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle
5. You will actively drive the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
6. You will support the further development of our project portfolio and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
7. You hold a degree in natural sciences, biomedical engineering, or a comparable qualification
8. You have at least five years of professional experience in project management – ideally with a certification (e.g., PMI, IPMA)
9. Ideally, you have initial experience with regulatory requirements for medical devices – especially regarding FDA regulations
10. You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills as well as assertiveness
11. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, take responsibility, and act with a strong customer focus
12. You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
13. You are proficient in common project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Confluence
