Trade Consultant (m/f/d)Join to apply for the Trade Consultant (m/f/d) role at Soho House & Co.Launching within Soho House Berlin, Soho Home is a modern homewares brand designed for relaxed, sociable living. With more than 25 years of design heritage, our ranges mirror the look and feel of our Soho Houses around the world. Soho Home is an interiors collection that includes furniture, lighting, tableware, and accessories created for and inspired by the Houses.The RoleAs a Trade Consultant, you will drive business into the emerging Berlin market based on our new Soho Home Studio within Soho House Berlin. You are ambitious and self‑motivated. With support from our UK teams, you’ll build a new trade customer base in Berlin and surrounding cities, delivering against financial targets. From acquiring new customer leads, hosting events, developing industry relationships, to assisting with order placement and client delivery, you will be responsible for a full‑cycle trade customer experience.This is a client‑facing 360 role with a great amount of autonomy. You will be based in the Soho Home Showroom in Soho House Berlin and also out in the field. The role requires a proactive approach to customer growth in Interior Design and Trade, and a creative problem‑solving mindset for all enquiries. It encompasses administrative, design and sales responsibilities.Key AccountabilitiesActively build, maintain and grow relationships with existing and new Soho Home Trade clients in Berlin and throughout The Netherlands.Provide expertise, guidance and an elevated service to clients looking to use Soho Home for interior design projects, including expert guidance on pricing, lead times, and product availability.Conduct onboarding and discovery calls with new users to welcome them to the trade programme, introduce benefits and services, and identify sales opportunities.Guide new users through their first purchase, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, showroom events, and industry networking functions.Own each touch point of the client experience from initial contact, creating quotes right through to order management, logistics, delivery and installation.Conduct meetings and presentations with trade professionals on our new product lines, materials, and design of Soho Home.Collaborate with design teams to solve complex design challenges and offer creative solutions.Hold a passion for interiors and immerse yourself in the Soho Home brand to become a leader in product and interior knowledge.Requirements / QualificationsHighly organized and self‑sufficient with a passion for building and developing the trade business.2‑3 years experience as a trade account manager or client management within the design industry.Good understanding of Berlin’s design market.Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite.Experience in using Salesforce or another CRM system.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Passionate about people and maintaining relationships.Results oriented.Ability to travel.Benefits2 paid ‘Volunteer Days’ per calendar year (to support charitable causes).Soho Friends Membership.Monthly movie screenings at the in‑house cinema with current movies.Monthly workout opportunities.50% discount on our Cowshed products.Discounts with external providers (corporate benefits).Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustryHospitalityWe would like to point out that we will store and process your data within the scope of the application process in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Soho House & Co by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
