Your responsibilities
You are the key to our succ
* You will conquer new markets: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to win new customers and significantly drive our growth
* You will masterfully manage your pipeline: Control your entire sales funnel using data from our CRM and maximize your success using clear KPIs
* You will be the strategic partner for our key accounts: Maintain and develop our most important customer relationships, identify cross-selling and upselling potential, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
* You build lasting relationships: Establish strategic partnerships with top decision-makers for long-term and profitable collaborations
* You negotiate on equal terms: Confidently present our solutions, coordinate offers, and conduct negotiations until a contract is successfully concluded
* You create tailor-made solutions: Independently develop sales approaches that are precisely tailored to the individual needs of our target customers
* You manage the marketing alliance: Work proactively with marketing to optimally manage joint lead generation measures
Your profile
* You have several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT sector or at software and system houses
* You have a degree in economics, IT, or a comparable qualification
* You have strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to present complex offers in a convincing manner
* You are highly self-motivated and results-oriented, coupled with a structured approach to your work
* You have a class B driver's license
* Fluency in spoken and written German is a prerequisite – other languages are welcome
