Description and Requirements

For our sales team, we are looking for a Hybrid Channel Account Manager (m/f/d) based in the West region (NRW) In this role, you will be responsible for independently expanding the business with existing business partners within an assigned territory.

Your Responsibilities

1. Maintain and grow business with existing business partners
2. Act as the main point of contact for existing Lenovo business partners
3. Identify and qualify new customer projects across the portfolio
4. Present Lenovo’s product portfolio in a solution-oriented manner, tailored to individual customer needs
5. Implement and manage development plans, incentive programs, and co-marketing activities with partners
6. Conduct quarterly and activity planning with partners to optimize target achievement
7. Document sales activities in the CRM system
8. Handle daily customer inquiries in collaboration with international Lenovo teams

Your Profile

9. Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
10. Several years of professional experience in sales and negotiations
11. Strong sales and product knowledge
12. Industry know-how and understanding of the IT channel
13. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
14. Customer-oriented, independent, structured, and goal-driven working style
15. Very good knowledge of MS Office
16. Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
