Your Job
1. Collaborating closely with the Business Product Owner in a shared responsibilities model
2. Managing business requirements and consulting business departments to fulfill business strategy, using market and technical innovation knowledge, especially for the SAP modules RE-FX and FI.
3. Customizing and maintaining the core application SAP Real Estate including third party applications, as well as interfaces to related operating and reporting systems
4. Planning and aligning product roadmaps with business departments based on target architecture, including necessary technical and security refactoring
5. Initiating projects and conducting implementation of change requests, planning and executing product releases, conducting sign-off procedures
6. Managing the secure (e.g. through additional VAPT-Testing) and stable (e.g. additional DR-Testing) run of the product in production
7. Taking responsibility for the product costs and for management of external staff (including procurement and provider management)
8. Engaging the respective MR standard ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) for the services under your responsibility and usage of Service Now
9. Conducting SLA meetings with SLA reporting and consistent monitoring and analysis of the service quality and identifying potential areas for optimization
10. Escalating critical issues to IT-Management
Your Profile
11. University degree, preferably in engineering / IT or similar qualification
12. Expert level in SAP S/4Hana with focus on the SAP modules FI, FI-AA and RE-FX
13. Advanced business knowledge of asset and investment management processes, especially in Real Estate and/or Alternative Assets
14. Experience with ITIL processes to collaborate with experts in infrastructure, operations, IT development and technical architecture
15. Strong customer orientation and communication skills
16. Familiarity with analytical and conceptual design of complex application operation landscapes and IT architectures
17. Assertive, self-organized and proactive attitude
18. Goal-oriented and readiness to learn
19. Target-orientation and willingness to learn
20. Excellent planning, organizational and negotiation skills
21. Fluent in Business English
