Function description

What You'll Typically Do:
* Act as a strategic sparring partner to senior leaders in engineering, operations, and project management
* Translate business needs into actionable HR strategies across talent, performance, and organizational development
* Support workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development
* Advise on Dutch labor law, compliance, and international mobility
* Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions
* Contribute to change management, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an HRBP in technical, engineering, or project-based environments
* Strong understanding of Dutch labor law and HR operations
* Ability to navigate matrix organizations and influence across levels
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Experience with offshore, maritime, or energy sectors is a strong advantage
