Facility Manager / Role Purpose: The role is responsible for the safe delivery of IFM services to our client, including the compliant management of suppliers, budget management and operational performance reporting. To provide FM management services to a Manufacturing site / environment To support technical FMs on other sites managing technical services vendors Core Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of a Technical Facility Management service Develop a strong customer focused service in line the Client’s expectations. Actively manage site Statutory Compliance for FM service lines on site. Actively Manage FM vendors whilst on site ensuring good H&S practices and service quality Actively provide options on cost reduction and innovation for client FM services Review service budgets against costs incurred monthly to manage costs Ensure Legal Compliance for maintenance of client Assets on site Provide support to FMs managing Technical vendors on other client sites Build a strong relationship with the local client site management team at all levels Deliver client satisfaction, manage issue resolution and escalate as required. Set-up processes to support Operational and Financial compliance Responsibility for the services as defined in the Contract. Deliver services in line with the agreed in country budget. Responsible for monthly accruals and variance reporting Deliver the contracted services compliant with legal, statutory requirements and governance. Implement, document and manage best practice process and procedure across the portfolio. Operational management of internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided are continually improved and exceed customer expectations. Ensure value for money is achieved through robust management of suppliers and measurement of performance via contracted SLAs and KPIs. Re-procurement where effective service and cost benefits can be achieved utilising strategic use of supply chain where appropriate. Manage and develop the onsite FM team to enable them to carry out their responsibilities in line with best practices. Deliver services in line with the agreed budget. Have budget responsibility for an element of the contract and specific service lines. Ensure maintenance programs and schedules are appropriate for site Ensure FAMIS360 is up to date and being used properly to manage the services For this position our client requires the following skills and experience Skill and Experience Facilities / Workplace Management Experience Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; Engineering qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines. Time served engineer with at least 5 years management experience Experience working within Manufacturing managing FM activities Experience managing Office portfolios Experience managing Vendors providing FM services in manufacturing environment Sound like you? then please get in touch!
