ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

Support in planning and management of:
Manufacture and quality control of medicinal products
Non-clinical studies
National and international regulatory interactions
Clinical trials
Support in project budget and resource management
Support in planning and facilitating clinical development of innovative medicines from bench to market
Review and evaluation of project proposals
National and international teamwork and close collaboration with customers and partners
Coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Contribution to the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools
Completed Master's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field
Preferably experience in pharmaceutical research and development, industry, or equivalent in the field of manufacturing, pre-clinical, and/or clinical trials
Excellent self-organization skills
Flexibility and proactive working style
Ability to comprehend and oversee complex projects and prioritize required actions
Enjoy working in cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel internationally multiple times (approx. 4-8 times) per year
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Professional working knowledge of common software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
