Package Includes: Accommodation Flights & Travel Subsistence Package Key Responsibilities Promote a strong safety and quality culture, ensuring “Right First Time” practices. Manage site safety in collaboration with the Project Manager and H&S Advisor. Ensure compliance with specifications and QA plans, including inspections and benchmarking. Develop and maintain a detailed, constructible project schedule. Coordinate engineering activities to align with procurement and design timelines. Lead daily electrical operations on site, ensuring alignment with project goals. Oversee subcontractor performance and manage weekly progress meetings. Attend internal and client-facing project meetings. Ensure timely close-out of all project deliverables. Prepare internal and external weekly progress reports. Support BIM integration and modular construction planning. Mentor junior engineers and support their development. Enforce COHE procedures and coordinate LOTO activities. Collaborate with the Commercial team on contracts and cost controls. Manage resources across labour, materials, and subcontractors. Ensure timely processing of requisitions and deliveries. Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of systems including: UPS, STS, EPMS, BMS, Generators, Busbar Systems, PDUs Operate effectively in live environments, ensuring uninterrupted client operations. Liaise with clients on permits, RAMS, and safe working practices. Perform additional duties as required by the evolving needs of the project. Qualifications & Experience 5–10 years in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in project management. Experience in data center projects is a strong advantage. Proven ability to manage upgrades/refurbishments in live environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
