We look for Product Managers who love solving real user problems, working closely with design and engineering, and building products that balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility — all in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to build intuitive, high-impact app experiences.
Translate customer needs, behavioural data, and business goals into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C products, ideally with mobile apps (iOS / Android).
~ Proven experience working in cross-functional product teams (engineering, design, data).
~ Comfortable using data and qualitative insights to guide decisions and trade-offs.
~ Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C1) for effective cross-functional collaboration.
~ Experience in energy, mobility, fintech, or subscription-based products.
Hands-on experience with mobile analytics, experimentation tools, or A/B testing.
Background in start-up or scale-up environments.
Product decisions are grounded in data, user insights, and clear outcomes.
