Your tasks
 10. Sales of the existing product portfolio and new product launches to doctors in private practice and specialist outpatient clinics in the area
 11. Achievement of sales targets such as market share, sales, coverage
 12. Regular analysis of the territory, customer and competitive environment
 13. Application of analytical tools such as performance reports, competitive analysis, targeting
 14. Establishing and expanding contacts with opinion leaders and key customers as well as developing new customers
 15. Monitoring the market environment and developing new strategies and marketing models
 16. Implementing marketing measures with the aim of increasing sales
 17. Close cooperation and coordination with other sales divisions, the back office and colleagues
 18. Preparation and implementation of regional events; participation in congresses
 19. Completion of administrative tasks such as documentation of doctor's visits, route planning, core target customer coverage
 20. Adherence to and implementation of all relevant compliance specifications/requirements
Your profile
 21. Completed scientific studies and/or scientific-pharmaceutical training or certified pharmaceutical representative according to § 75 AMG
 22. Ideally initial professional experience in the medical sales force
 23. Digital affinity - initial experience in multi-channel management
 24. Ideally experience in the field
 25. Ideally already good contacts with physicians in the field of Cardiovascular, endocrinology, pain
 26. Initial experience in targeting, core target group management, territory analysis
 27. Ideally first documented sales successes
 28. Committed appearance, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and high level of commitment
 29. Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
 30. Good IT skills, MS Office and CRM systems
 31. Written and spoken German at least C1 level
