Job Description:
Blue Projects is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager eager to make a tangible impact in the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
* Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues promptly.
* Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or related field).
* Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the industrial sector, with a focus on MEP, Utilities, and Process projects.
* Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in engineering and project management.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
* Available to relocate periodically on clients' site
