We are looking for a commercially focused Global Product Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of our dental product portfolio. The role will be responsible for driving commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting innovation. The successful candidate will combine strong business insight and strategic thinking with solid experience in the dental industry. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Strategy & Growth : Design and implement strategic growth initiatives for the dental portfolio, including segmentation, pricing, and market positioning. Business Case Development : Prepare data-driven business cases and market analyses to support new commercial opportunities and investment decisions. Commercial Execution : Partner with sales and marketing to develop and roll out campaigns, marketing tools, and activities that boost revenue. Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs such as revenue, margins, and market share, recommending actions to enhance profitability and competitiveness. Product Innovation & Enhancement : Prioritize and propose improvements or new product ideas based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and internal insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with R&D, operations, regulatory, and commercial teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; MBA preferred. At least 6 years of product management experience, including a strong background in the dental sector. Demonstrated commercial and strategic expertise. Skilled at creating business cases and growth strategies. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and assumption-based environments.
