Aufgaben – Das erwartet Sie bei uns:
1. Sie leiten das Projektteam und sind verantwortlich für Bau und Inbetriebnahme von Microgrid und Batteriespeicheranlagen inkl. MV/HV Umspannwerken
2. Als Projektleiter sind Sie für Qualität, Termin und Kosten verantwortlich
3. Sie haben Freude an der Projektierung und Abwicklung von internationalen Projekten für Energieanlagen mit Schwerpunkt Batteriespeicher
4. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt sowohl die Projektplanung und -steuerung als auch das interne und externe Reporting sowie das Risiko- und Change-Management
5. Sie sind das Gesicht zum Kunden in Bezug auf alle relevanten Projektthemen
6. Die Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie die Angebots- und Kalkulationserstellung liegt in Ihrer Hand
7. Sie nehmen an Kundenverhandlungen teil und unterstützen die Vertriebsorganisation auch operativ
8. Als fachliche Führung koordinieren Sie die Inbetriebnahme des Lieferumfangs gemeinsam mit dem Service
Qualifikationen – Was wir uns wünschen:
9. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energietechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung
10. Umfangreiche Erfahrungen als Projektleiter von internationalen Kundenprojekten
11. Gute Kenntnisse über den Einsatz und Betrieb von Batteriespeichern, Gasaggregaten und vergleichbaren Systemen im Sondermaschinen- und Anlagenbau
12. Idealerweise Projektmanagementzertifizierung gemäß IPMA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
13. Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP, MS-Project, ePlan,)
14. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, optional auch Sprachkenntnisse in Chinesisch
15. Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
16. Bereitschaft zur weltweiten Reisetätigkeit, Schwerpunkt ist die EU

Tasks – What to expect from us:
23. You will lead a project team and be responsible for the construction and commissioning of microgrids and battery storage systems including MV/HV substations

26. You enjoy the project planning and handling of international projects for electric energy plants with a focus on battery storage
27. Your tasks will include project planning and control as well as internal and external reporting incl. risk and change management
28. The processing of tender documents as well as the preparation of offers and calculations is in your hands
29. You will take part in customer negotiations and also provide operational support to the sales organization
30. As a project manager you will coordinate the commissioning of the scope of delivery together with the service department
Qualifications – Who we are looking for:
31. Successfully completed studies in the field of energy technology, process
engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification with professional experience
32. More than 3 years of experience as a project manager of international customer projects
33. Good knowledge of the use and operation of battery storage systems, gas gensets and comparable systems in special machine and plant construction
34. Ideally, project management certification according to IPMA or comparable
qualification
35. Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, MS Project,...)
36. Very good knowledge of English, optionally also language skills in Chinese
37. Negotiation skills, assertiveness, resilience and flexibility
38. Willingness to travel, with a focus on the EU
