JOBOPENING Title: Education Center Test Proctor Services Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany Start Date: 15 September 2025 Job-Type: Full Time Job Overview Administrative services needed to support of U.S. Air Force personnel assessment program and voluntary off-duty education programs to include the Weighted Airmen Promotion System (WAPS), Air Force Professional Military Education (PME) testing programs, Career Development Courses (CDC), Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)/Air Force Classification Test (AFCT), Air Force Officer Qualification Test (AFOQT), Air Force Institute for Advanced Distributed Learning testing programs and Defense Language Proficiency Testing (DLPT). Qualifications Education: Minimum of an associate degree from a college or university accredited by an accreditation organization approved by the U.S. Department of Education. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills in English required. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) are required. Time-on-Station Qualification: Must be able to provide a minimum of 1 year on contract and on-station. Knowledgeable in the following programs: Air University Course Development Student Administration and Registrar (CDSAR), Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS), and Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). Proficient with U.S. Air Force mandatory and voluntary off-duty education program, to include Career Development Course (CDC) End of Course exams, Air Force Professional Military Education (PME) testing programs, Air Education & Training Command Distributed Learning Service (AETC ADLS) testing programs, Defense Language Proficiency Testing (DLPT), Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certifications, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)/Air Force Classification Test (AFCT), and Air Force Officer Qualification Test (AFOQT). Must possess a base ID card and have access to Ramstein AB, Germany. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Administer all course examinations as determined by AFIADL Course Catalog. This includes all DLPT, DLAB, WAPS, Armed Forces Classification Test (AFCT), Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) examinations; all unclassified CDC exams; all ADLS and JST DL exams. Administer the tests to eligible military and civilian personnel and their dependents as authorized by regulations. Additional tests may be added as needed. Tests will be administered in accordance with instructions provided in testing handbooks, test examiner guides, and TCO/ATCO instructions to ensure no possibility of test compromise. Check room prior to testing to ensure proper spacing between desks and that adequate lighting, heat, and air circulation exist. Ensure testing office and testing room are kept in a condition conducive to good test performance. Require all examinees to present official picture identification before allowing them to sign-in or test. Maintain official test logs, showing the individualu2019s name, the test title and the start and stop times for all test administrations. Ensure each student signs this log upon receipt of test and that all entries are complete and legible. Lock testing office doors, windows and ensure all testing materials are secured before leaving the testing office for any reason. Identify and respond to testing irregularities which may represent the potential for a test compromise or complaint from a testing candidate. Maintain statistical data related to test administration as required by Chief, Education & Training/ESO and assist with reports and PowerPoint slides as requested. Maintain all document and correspondence files in a neat and orderly manner. Separate files by calendar year. Make file labels and setting up the file for each new calendar year. Process all necessary paperwork required for optimum operation of testing program. Serve as the subject matter expert on testing matters assisting other test administrators and proctors. Maintain the testing schedule in AFAEMS and WAPS database. Perform administrative duties to ensure all testing protocols are satisfied. Document all safe access on DD 702. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly inventories and reports. Maintain the testing schedule in AFAEMS and coordinate the testing of groups for specialty exams such as FAA and DLPT exams. DOCPER/SOFA/Logistical Support Status This position is eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
