Position Overview
As the dedicated Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage all Oracle Hospitality-related activities for a single customer, ensuring seamless operations across their technology ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing change management processes, supporting new hotel openings, facilitating system integrations, and maintaining continuous collaboration between the customer, Oracle teams, and third-party partners. You will serve as the customer's main advocate, ensuring all stakeholder activities align with documented processes and meet established requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the exclusive Project Manager and main point of contact for a single hospitality customer, providing services during business hours in German and English.
* Deliver ongoing project management and coordination for all Oracle Hospitality products and integrations within the customer's ecosystem throughout the managed service contract.
* Orchestrate and oversee change management processes by initiating, tracking, and communicating changes across Oracle and relevant third-party service partners.
* Coordinate new hotel opening activities, engaging Oracle stakeholders and external partners, and ensuring all necessary project processes are initiated and executed.
* Ensure all customer-specific protocols, standards, and requirements are followed and properly documented across projects and change initiatives.
* Facilitate integration or change activities involving partners whose systems interact with Oracle Hospitality solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
* Maintain comprehensive records of change initiatives, activities, and projects for transparency and continuous improvement.
* Provide regular status updates and reports to customer stakeholders and partners to keep all parties aligned.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders, Oracle, and third-party providers through regular and effective communication.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in project management, hotel operations, hotel event management, or event/operations planning-ideally within hospitality technology, IT services, or managed services environments.
* Practical knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality systems (experience with Oracle OPERA or similar PMS is a plus), with experience in hotel technology stacks and integrations considered a strong asset.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor environments.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in German (required) and English.
* Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
* Analytical mindset, self-initiative, and a drive for continuous improvement.
* Structured, dependable, and comfortable managing priorities for a single customer over the long term.

Description
Intermediate-level implementation project professional who manages the relationship with client site during entire implementation phase from sales handover to completion and invoicing of the project. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the implementation from start to end. 1st level of escalation for installation team.
Manages consulting service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and hand-off to Account Manager and Help Desk.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant roles preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

The Central Europe Consulting team is looking for a passionate candidate to manage the delivery of our solutions into our hotel customers.
* Management of assigned projects related to our HOTEL solutions
* in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
* Identify and schedule project milestones, required resources and assign individual tasks and responsibilities
* Coordinate all parties relevant to each project (implementation specialists, data center teams, sales, partners, etc...)
* Actively keep track of the project delivery status and follow these through to successful completion. Maintain close contact with the implementation teams remote or on site
* Monitor day-to-day progress in terms of the status of plan and budget and report back to management and the client on a regular basis
* Identify, log, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking preventive or corrective actions by tackling day-to-day issues until completion and project sign off by client
* Managing multiple small to mid-scale projects in parallel
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, monitor receivables for each assigned project
* Ensure proper and sufficient client communication at all time during the project
* Maintain and enhance the company image by acting professionally at all times
* Adhere to and follow all procedures accurately and efficiently
* Attend any relevant meetings on customer premise or at an Oracle location when required
* Any other task deemed appropriate

* Languages: German and English mandatory, French would be an advantage

Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.
