Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a company-wide transformation of the Practice Management System (PMS) landscape across a large, multi-site healthcare organization.
This is a business-critical role at the center of a 3-year strategic transformation, with immediate responsibility for consolidating over 100 sites currently operating across 8–9 different PMS platforms into a single unified solution.
The selected candidate will drive the end-to-end rollout, from system selection through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Rollout Leadership
* Lead the end-to-end PMS consolidation program
* Define and execute a scalable rollout strategy across all sites
* Deliver rapid post-selection implementation (6–8 week rollout cycles)
* Ensure alignment between business, clinical, and technical stakeholders
2. Multi-Site Harmonization
* Standardize processes across diverse practice environments
* Drive adoption of unified workflows
* Balance centralization with site-specific constraints
3. Stakeholder & Change Management
* Manage stakeholders across:
* Physicians and medical staff
* IT and infrastructure teams
* Leadership and operations
* Navigate resistance to change effectively
* Act as a strong decision-maker, not just a facilitator
4. Infrastructure & System Integration Coordination
* Work closely with enterprise architecture and IT teams
* Ensure compatibility across:
* Legacy systems
* Varying infrastructure maturity levels
* Support consolidation of applications and infrastructure alongside PMS rollout
5. Risk & Execution Management
* Identify and mitigate risks related to:
* Cybersecurity
* Operational disruption
* Regulatory compliance
* Maintain tight delivery timelines under complex conditions
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
Extensive experience in:
* Healthcare IT environments
* Practice Management Systems (PMS) or similar clinical systems
* Proven track record delivering:
* Large-scale, multi-site system rollouts
* Transformation programs in regulated environments
Strong expertise in:
* Stakeholder management in complex organizations
* Driving adoption across resistant user groups
* Operating in heterogeneous infrastructure environments
* Fluent German (mandatory)
* Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week
Highly Desired
* Experience consolidating multiple systems into a single platform
* Background in healthcare provider organizations or healthtech
* Familiarity with regulated healthcare workflows and compliance requirements
* Experience working alongside enterprise architecture functions

Compensation
* €140,000 – €150,000 total compensation
* Approx. 85% fixed / 15% bonus
