Responsibilities:
1. You are the first point of contact: for managers and employees on all HR-related topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and development to offboarding – for our locations in Germany and Austria.
2. You provide advice at eye level: As a trusted HR Business Partner, you support stakeholder in implementing HR strategies, processes, and best practices.
3. You actively shape the future: You are responsible for both strategic and operational workforce planning and play an active role in HR projects – occasionally taking the lead on selected initiatives.
4. You build bridges: In close cooperation with works councils, you ensure a constructive and collaborative working relationship.
5. You ensure quality and compliance: You make sure that all HR measures are implemented in a legally compliant, fair manner and in line with our company policies.
6. You further develop standards: You help shape local HR policies, processes, and standards that meet both company goals and the needs of our employees.
Qualifications:
7. HR Expertise: You hold a degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
8. Practical Experience: You have several years of hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager. Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a plus, but not a must.
9. Confident Stakeholder Management: You are a strong communicator and navigate confidently when engaging with experienced decision-makers and employee representatives such as works councils.
10. Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for tasks – you identify needs early, drive topics independently, and bring in fresh ideas.
11. Digitally Savvy: Ideally, you have experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
12. Language Skills: You speak fluent German and English (at least C1 level).
