Role Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex composite projects from concept to delivery. This is a high-impact position involving international client coordination, hands-on project leadership, and technical involvement in one of the most innovative sectors in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: End-to-end responsibility for project delivery (planning, execution, delivery).
* Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central communication hub between internal teams and international clients.
* Budget & Risk Management: Prepare and oversee project budgets, perform risk assessments, ensure KPIs are met.
* Technical Oversight: Provide engineering insight and support optimization of technical processes.
Must-Have Skills
Technical & Project Management
* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management
* Background in mechanical or industrial engineering
* Proven experience with budgeting and risk management
Tools & Systems
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. We Clapp or equivalent)
Languages
* German: C2
Soft Skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proactive, hands-on mentality
* Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
Nice-to-Have
* Knowledge of aerospace industry
* Fluency in French is a plus, not required
Team & Reporting
* Team: 1 colleague, 1 team lead, 1 working student
* Reports To: Head of Project Management
* Contract: Permanent (open-ended)
* Working Hours: 40h/week (option to reduce to 32h)
* Vacation: 30 days/year
