Responsibilities Drive technical development and strategic direction of metal pre‑treatment applications worldwide. Act as subject matter expert and trusted advisor for international key customers, delivering technical consulting and managing complex industrial challenges. Lead high‑impact global customer and product initiatives, from acquisition and onboarding to long‑term development. Orchestrate lifecycle of global product portfolio – new product introductions, harmonization, strategic positioning, audits and phase‑outs. Design and deliver internal training concepts focused on technical excellence, product differentiation and competitive advantages for diverse global teams. Qualifications Extensive, hands‑on technical expertise in chemical specialties, ideally metal pre‑treatment and industrial‑scale applications. Documented success in managing complex projects, developing new business and engaging key accounts at a technical level. Fluent in English (mandatory); German and/or Mandarin are a strong plus. Exceptional ability to operate independently, paired with a hands‑on, results‑driven mindset. Willingness to travel internationally (~50%) and engage on‑site with customers and subsidiaries across regions.
