We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our pharmaceutical logistics vertical. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 5+ years in freight forwarding and 5+ years in pharma logistics, particularly within the life sciences sector. Account Management:
Ensure service excellence and compliance with GDP and other regulatory standards.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharma and healthcare industries.
Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet client-specific needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with global objectives.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage cross-border capabilities.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Minimum 5 year's experience in freight forwarding with a strong understanding of international logistics.
Minimum 5 year's experience in pharma logistics, ideally within the life sciences vertical.
Proven track record in key account management and new business acquisition.
Strong knowledge of GDP, GxP, and temperature-controlled logistics.
Fluent in German and English - both written and spoken.
