Brewdog St Pauli is seeking a dedicated and energetic Part Time or Mini Job Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, ensuring dishes are prepared efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. About The Role Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation throughout service Ensure all food handling complies with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP standards) Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service Monitor food stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen manager Assist with prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Support in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including equipment and storage areas About You Requirements Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for food, quality, and continuous improvement
