Your tasks
Process management & communication
You document and continuously develop our standardized purchasing processes and tools. In doing so, you always take into account the Group specifications and regulations and coordinate closely with our internal business and sparring partners as well as other Group companies.
Operational& Strategic Purchasing
You analyze the procurement market, conduct supplier negotiations and handle purchasing processes with the clear goal of cost optimization and quality assurance.
Framework agreements & determination of requirements
You are responsible for continuous requirements analysis and monitoring. You will also draw up and negotiate framework agreements in close coordination with Technical Purchasing, Facility Management and the operational areas.
Reporting & Controlling
In collaboration with our Finance & Controlling team, you will prepare and analyze regular purchasing reports in order to identify potential savings. You will also be responsible for strategic coordination with the division heads and management.
Compliance & legal certainty
You will ensure that compliance requirements, such as laws like the LkSG and internal guidelines, are adhered to. You will also ensure the legally compliant implementation of contracts for work and services, also in collaboration with internal partners and the works council.
System responsibility for SAP MM
You will take on the role of Application Owner (f/m/d) for our SAP MM materials management system. This includes the maintenance and further development of the system, interfaces and processes in coordination with the central system administrators. You will also act as a multiplier for the operational departments.
Your profile
8. Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, engineering or a comparable qualification.
9. Several years of professional experience in strategic and operational purchasing, ideally in the automotive environment.
10. Sound knowledge of SAP MM as well as experience in system maintenance and process design.
11. Strong analytical and negotiating skills with the necessary assertiveness.
12. Confident handling and a high affinity for purchasing guidelines, compliance requirements and contract law.
