Role Overview Noblewood Group is a privately owned production and global distribution business of super premium spirits headquartered in Montenegro. We are looking for an On-Trade Manager in Germany, Frankfurt.
Manage the Top 100 on-trade active accounts, ensuring Beluga availability.
Arrange and manage events, brand activations, and promotions.
Negotiate and help execute customized brandings in agreed On-Trade accounts.
Represent the brand in selected trade end consumer events.
Analyse the market and trends in the bar and restaurant industry to identify new opportunities for sales growth and business expansion.
Identify newly opened and planned on- and off-trade accounts and provide regular reporting.
High education in Economics/Marketing/Management.
~3+ years of experience in the spirit industry/experience with premium brands (preferably in FMCG).
~ Sales field experience is a plus.
~ Goal-oriented with effective project management experience.
~ Clear understanding of marketing projects budgeting principles and financial discipline.
~ Fluent in English and German.
Good knowledge of the on-trade spirits industry and cocktail culture.
• Experience as an on-trade sales manager is a plus.
• Understanding of the super-premium/luxury market is ideal.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
