With that in mind, we're looking to hire a Partner Manager, focusing on developing an ecosystem of partnerships & alliances to support our growth and market expansion plans in the German, Austrian and Swiss region, but not limited!. As a key member of a growing team, you’ll directly manage engagements with partners, advancing our product over the long term, and helping create advantage for our customers. Competence and experience Requirements: Experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing or business development. Logistics & Supply Chain know-how or an Ecom background, particularly WMS, ERP, TMS systems from local heroes to large industry players. Knowledge on ecosystems like SAP or MS Dynamics are a great asset to have! Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals History of successfully selling SaaS solutions Successful record of selling from SMB to Midmarket and/or enterprises, managing complex sales cycles and interacting with senior executives Ability to travel up for partner meetings, trade shows and special projects Strong relationship management and networking abilities on different organizational levels. Ability to organize, prioritize and execute various activities and focus areas to maximize growth. Energetic & proactive approach. Ability to be independent and work collective within a team Experience within SaaS, Ecommerce, Logistics or Carrier Networks are an advantage. Flexible mindset and can-do attitude. Willingness to adapt to customer and organizational needs. Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Global mindset German and English are a must.
