For this change, we are looking for you as Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) for our VisiMatch product in the area of container logistics.

🧩 Your tasks
* Rethinking architecture: Development and establishment of an AI-centered software architecture for VisiMatch.
* Concepts with substance: Designing product ideas and features with a strong technological and user-centered basis.
* Designing AI processes: Defining requirements so that they can be processed and implemented by AI tools (e.g. coding agents).
* Bridge between product & technology: Close collaboration with development, UX, support and management.
* Hands-on mentality: You also formulate smaller bugs or feature requests independently and launch them via AI-supported development processes.

🎯 Your profile
* Strong conceptual skills and experience in creating well thought-out product concepts.
* Technological background: You have done software development yourself or have a deep understanding of it - you know how modern development processes, DevOps, Git, APIs & frameworks work.
* UX understanding: Focus on user experience and functional interaction design (UI is not your main focus).
* Experience in product development, ideally in a B2B or platform environment.
* Enthusiasm for AI-supported tools and a willingness to actively help shape new methods.
* Quite important: Main communication language is German. You need to be able to understand and follow conversations in German. Equivalent of B1-level is a prerequisite.
