Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with our business leaders and execute the company's HR and business strategies. This is a senior individual contributor role that reports directly to the Lead HR Business Partner.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving workforce planning and performance management, ensuring effective talent optimization and strategic alignment. They will also support organizational design and structure, facilitating clear performance objectives and overseeing their timely evaluation.
In addition, they will identify and address structural barriers to achieving strategic initiatives, revise organizational designs and resource allocation to support business goals, and help create a change-ready culture using data to predict and plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years of relevant working experience and proven success in a similar role, preferably supporting engineering organizations at European level.
* Expert knowledge and experience in general employment law, overall company HR policies and processes.
* Experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, especially in sensitive and conflict situations.
* Ability to navigate 'gray areas' and make effective decisions.
* A self-starter with creative and flexible approach to work, able to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adept at data analytics.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- 7+ years relevant working experience and proven success in a similar role, ideally supporting engineering organizations (Software and Hardware) at European level with focus on Germany and Eastern Europe.
- Expert knowledge and experience in general employment law, overall company HR policies and processes.

- Knowledge and experience with German employment law, administration and market practices.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), adept at data analytics.
- Experience with Workday is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in a HR-related field required, Master's Degree is a strong advantage.
