Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m).
As an ideal Project Manager (d/f/m) you are the reliable hub between client, creation and other partners service department. You have at least three years of professional experience and are confident in dealing with all relevant media.
Equipped with an understanding of the customer and the market, strong arguments, aplomb and foresight, you are a very good contact person for the customer. Due to your great passion for good advertising, you are a very good collaborator for the creation. Fluent in German and English is a must for this position.
Your tasks:
* Independent project planning and control throughout the entire life cycle of a project
* Confidence to lead and consult a client within the scope of your project
* Carrying out briefing and coordination meetings with the creative department and all internal service departments and external service providers involved
* Preparing and following up on presentations and giving presentations in coordination with superiors and/or management
* Monitoring of production and media plans
* Carrying out market research, market observations and/ or competitor analyses
* Supporting the development of regular performance reports and data collection
* Preparation of budget and cost calculations (effort estimates, and monitoring of timings)
* Monitoring the success and efficiency of projects, cost monitoring and hourly analyses
* Supporting the creation of standards such as standard briefings and templates
* Proper filing and project documentation as well as other classic internal contact tasks
* Training and managing juniors and interns
Your profile:
* You are confident in agency and production processes and workflows
* You have knowledge of the interplay between client management, creation, media, strategy and other partners
* You have executed projects in various project sizes across different social media platforms
* You understand the task at hand
* You have knowledge of how to read client contracts, their billing parameters and competition law
* You have basic knowledge of market research
* You have an understanding of clients
* You know how to structure and present a presentation
* Native German speaking; very good English skills
