Are you ready to make a strategic impact across multiple locations? We're seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to lead and support our people agenda Germany, France, Czech Republic and Poland (approx. 100 employees).
Verantwortungsbereiche:
* Align global HR strategies with local business needs and employment regulations.
* Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
* Lead change initiatives including acquisitions and integrations.
* Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth processes, data insights, and compliance.
* Advise and coach leaders on strategic HR topics and employee relations.
* Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
* Manage annual HR processes (appraisals, surveys, merit reviews).
* Support implementation of new HR systems and tools.
* Oversee external partnerships for recruitment and assessments.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and employee engagement.
Qualifikationen:
* Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a German or European context.
* Strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment law.
* Native level of German, fluent in English additional languages like French or Polish are a plus.
* High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to travel across the region.
