Your tasks:
1. Responsibility for a modern IT solution in a globally operating industrial insurance company
2. Managing product development in an agile project context (Scrum, SAFe)
3. Development and communication of the product vision and product roadmap while taking the corporate strategy into account
4. Obtaining feedback through regular cycles with relevant stakeholders to adapt the product strategy and improve the user experience
5. Domain leadership of an agile Scrum team including budget responsibility
6. Active contribution in meetings at team and programme level such as planning, review or system demo in a scaled agile environment (SAFe organisation)
Your profile:
7. Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, business informatics, insurance or a comparable degree programme
8. Previous experience as a product owner or agile manager, preferably as a technical product Owner
9. Experience in digitalization of insurance processes
10. Strong ownership of product development, realising the product vision and increasing business value for our customers
11. Very good analytical skills and a holistic mindset as well as an independent and structured way of working
12. Excellent communication skills paired with a strong sense of self-initiative
13. Very good written and spoken English skills (C1 level)
