* Manage action logs and follow up with owners to ensure timely updates and delivery
* Support communication rhythms by preparing agendas, pre-reads, meeting notes, and status updates
* Own and maintain Smartsheets (or equivalent tools), providing real-time project visibility and reporting
* Produce clear weekly and monthly reports, tracking milestones, risks, blockers, approvals, and escalating issues as needed
* Coordinate client requests, clarify briefs, and ensure transparent communication on timelines and next steps
* Ensure adherence to agreed processes, governance, and documentation standards, maintaining version control
* Liaise with internal teams, production partners, and multi-market stakeholders to align timelines and flag cross-market dependencies early
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 2-4 years' experience in project coordination, project management, client service, or operations within an agency or production environment
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through
* Confident using PM and reporting tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Excel, Monday.com)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders
* Experience maintaining WIPs, action logs, and status reporting
* Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage
* Exposure to production or creative workflows and experience working across multiple markets is beneficial
